Our products are selected to make lunch preparation easier, safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable for school, work, travel, and daily routines. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Items should include all parts, accessories, lids, containers, inserts, manuals, and packaging materials that came with the product.
Because many of our products are used for food storage, children’s meals, lunch preparation, and personal daily use, returned items must be unused and hygienic. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used with food, washed after use, stained, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsanitary condition.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@Lunchboxhub.store.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos or videos showing the problem, the packaging, and the shipping label. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been used for food, opened and used, washed, stained, scratched, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without proper packaging.
Gift cards, final sale items, and customized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees, if any were charged, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged product.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color, size, style, or product, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us first so we can help arrange the best solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Because we work to prepare orders quickly, cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to support@Lunchboxhub.store.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
